Ordering Online
No, Lycemart has no minimum order amount for online grocery delivery. You can order a single item or a full weekly grocery shop, whichever suits your needs.
Once a grocery order is placed it moves straight into picking and packing, so items cannot be edited afterward. If you have special delivery instructions, add them in the notes field at checkout before you place the order.
Grocery Delivery
Lycemart delivers most online grocery orders within 55 minutes, making it one of the fastest grocery delivery services in the area. Delivery time can vary slightly based on your location, order size, and demand.
Grocery delivery costs Rs. 99 per order. Orders above Rs. 2,499 qualify for free grocery delivery, so larger weekly or monthly grocery shops cost nothing extra to deliver.
Lycemart currently offers online grocery delivery across Tando Muhammad Khan. To confirm you're within our grocery delivery zone, set your delivery location on the location page before checking out, we'll let you know immediately if an address falls outside our current service area.
You can track every grocery order in real time from the My Orders page in the menu. Order status updates progress through Order Placed, Packing, On the Way, and Delivered, so you always know when your groceries will arrive.
Payments & Refunds
Lycemart accepts Cash on Delivery, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash for online grocery orders, so you can pay however is most convenient for you.
After placing a grocery order paid via EasyPaisa or JazzCash, open the order details page and upload a screenshot of your payment confirmation. This lets our delivery rider verify the mobile wallet payment before handing over your groceries.
If an item in your grocery order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact our support team with your order ID and we'll arrange a refund or replacement for the affected items as quickly as possible.
Account & Delivery Addresses
You can browse products and build a grocery cart as a guest without signing up. An account is only required at checkout, verified quickly using a one-time email code, no password needed.
Yes, Lycemart lets you save multiple grocery delivery addresses labeled Home, Office, or a custom name of your choice, so you can quickly pick the right delivery location for every online grocery order.
