Placing Orders
Orders placed through Lycemart are subject to product availability and delivery location serviceability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unserviceable delivery addresses.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery or mobile wallets (EasyPaisa / JazzCash). For wallet payments, orders are confirmed once payment proof is verified.
Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, order volume, or other factors beyond our control. A delivery fee applies below the free-delivery threshold shown at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible issues will be resolved through a replacement, refund, or store credit, in accordance with our Return & Refund policy.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is out for delivery. Once an order is marked as delivered, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please contact support for any post-delivery concerns.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being reasonably available to receive your order. You agree not to misuse the platform, including placing fraudulent orders or abusing promotional offers.
Limitation of Liability
Lycemart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Lycemart after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
